Note: Their is no kitchen.  Food must be prepared offsite.  There is a standard household refrigerator/freezer available for use.

Hall Rental Information

1. Renter is responsible for and damages incurred.  

2. Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #20 is not responsible for accidents.

3. Total Capacity for the hall not to exceed number set by State Fire Marshall Office.

4. Deposit required upon signing of contract to reserve time. Full payment will be required 10 days prior to Rental.

5. Any hours over rental time will be charged at an additional $50.00 per hour.

6.  Sale of alcoholic beverages is not permitted unless you have been issued an appropriate Liquor License through the Carroll County Board of License Commissioners.

7. The entire building is a Smoke Free Building.

We have a very large Hall that is available for rental.  The hall has a capacity of 195 people seated or 90 people seated at tables.
