Our Mission

This lodge is formed to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and of the State of Maryland; to promote a more professional, personal, and efficient cooperation among the law enforcement officers in the State of Maryland; to foster enforcement of the law and order, to encourage social, charitable, and educational activities among all law enforcement officers; to advocate and strive for uniform application of civil service merit system for appointment and promotion; and to promote fraternalism and mutual aid among our members and the people we serve.

Better existing working conditions of the law enforcement officers in all law Enforcement agencies in Carroll County, Maryland.

Important Notice to Members

Effective January, 2010 our new meeting date and location will change. The monthly meeting date will change to the first Wednesday of every month beginning January 6Th, 2010. The new meeting location is Legends Cafe in Westminster. The address is 532 Baltimore Blvd Westminster, Md 21157. 410-871-9599. The meeting times will remain the same.  Legends is located on the first floor of the building where MVA used to be. (Maria's Rest)
